Originally filed by Mickey Carson and Kevin Kelley in 10/19/1987 Under the #NV19871036057 as a Domestic Non-Profit Coop Corp w/o stock. Last Filing was 2001, and the designation ran out in 10/31/2002.
Later in 2014 Lambda Alano was Reassembled after a group inventory and group conscience suggested by Paula Sadler & members of Alcoholics Together Volunteered to take the positions and help the group achieve its ideal of following the traditions 1, 5, 6, 7. With a new board of Directors and new filing as of 07/07/2014 as a Domestic Non-Profit Corporation under Ryan McDonald, Martin Masse, Daniel Lee Swearingen & Paula Sadler.
It was created with the sole interest to help Alcoholics Together conform to the Traditions separating the material from the spiritual. So that AT can focus on just being a AA group, as it should be. It is also the mission of Lambda Alano for the long-term interests of the Alcoholics Together group.
As a group Alcoholics Together follows tradition 6, Six – An A.A. group ought never endorse, finance or lend the A.A. name to any related facility or outside enterprise, lest problems of money, property and prestige divert us from our primary purpose.
Lambda Alano as a Board of Directors is not bound to the traditions and is not affiliated with AA or its groups, can have in its mission to help Alcoholics Together Achieve its ideal, which really is a way of service doing service that allows and helps 12 step works to be done. Alcoholics Together is not directly affiliated with Lambda Alano, yet they were created together, and so remain together.
Lambda Alano maintains the meeting hall, utilities, insurance, & lease. All meetings pay rent to Lambda Alano.
Alcoholics Together is a group of Alcoholics Anonymous and currently hosts 16 meetings per week. And was established in 1984. It is a tenant of Lambda Alano LTD clubhouse.

Are you LGBTQ & Do you have an alcohol or drug problem? We have a solution. We offer 12 Step recovery meetings for the treatment of Alcoholism & Drug Addiction at AA and NA meetings Daily. We are a safe an inclusive Clubhouse for Gay, lesbians, & Transgender people where all are welcome. We are the Only Independent LGBTQ 12 Step Recovery Clubhouse in Las Vegas since 1984.
We would like to introduce our Organization to you. We are Lambda Alano Las Vegas. We are a Nevada Non-Profit and 12 Step Recovery Clubhouse with a focus on the LGBTQ+ recovery community, where everyone is welcome.
We have been in operation since 1984 in Las Vegas. We are the largest independent and longest running and only LGBTQ+ Clubhouse environment in Las Vegas.
We maintain meeting spaces near the Las Vegas Strip at New Orleans Square in Commercial Center. We have been at this location for over 20 years.
We provide space for four groups currently and they host meetings 7 days a week. We host space for The Alcoholics Together group a Las Vegas Homegroup since 1984 of Alcoholics Anonymous and they provide meetings as 12:15pm, 8:00pm daily, Friday 4:30pm and a Saturday 9am meeting. We also host Addicts Together a Narcotics Anonymous longtime homegroup with Meetings Daily at 6:30pm. Freethinkers AA Meeting at 10am on Sundays and women's meeting Wed 4:30pm - both for Atheists and Agnostics
